Located in the "Pinto Bean Capital of the World," Adobe Milling features locally grown dryland pinto and Anasazi beans. These traditional beans put the "culture" in our agriculture.

ANTIQUE TRACTOR OUTDOOR MUSEUM

Antique tractor display featuring over 100 antique tractors, farm implements and vehicles, provided by Steve and Elyce Pherson of Bluff, Utah. Almost all are in full operating condition, and some are not painted as they are "in their work clothes."

High altitude local red winter wheat milled into flour. White Rose is fine grade. Red Rose (same as Bluebird used in traditional fry bread and tortillas) is an all-purpose grind. Flour is available in local stores.

LOST CANYON CAMELS AND REINDEER

Our natural setting provides excellent conditions for both Bactrain Camels and Reindeer. Bactrain Camels are originally from the mountainous regions of Mongolia and enjoy the cool weather of Colorado. Observe these mammals that are listed on the endangered species list, and enjoy our Reindeer and natural setting.
