MANCOS VALLEY DISTILLERY

Mancos Valley Distillery uses local ingredients to make their liquor local. Sugar cane doesn't grow locally, but the Distillery purchases it from a local natural food market, which makes the rum as close as possible to cutting local sugar cane. The distillery uses local artists to create the distillery's labels, locally roasted coffee beans from Fahrenheight Coffee in Mancos for the Coffee Liquor and Montezuma County apples for Apple Jack, an apple brandy.
